We review or visit the site, list what is there, and write down what the job involves, so the scope is clear before work begins.

Plan and procedure
A written plan and method for each task, saying who does what and when. You review it and approve it.

Controlled execution
Work is carried out to the approved plan. Changes are recorded and agreed, not improvised on site.

Verify and handover
We test, document and hand over, with the records your operations team needs to take over.

What does Galactico7 do?
We set up, retrofit, cable and commission data centers, and we supply technical staff for critical infrastructure projects. Some clients hire us for the whole job, others for one part of it.
Can you work in a facility that is already running?
Yes. We plan retrofits around your approved maintenance windows and site rules. Every phase has a named owner and a fallback step, and we agree the sequence with your operations team before any work starts.
Where do you work?
We are based in Houston and take projects worldwide. Send us the site and the timeline and we will tell you how we would mobilize.
Do you only supply staff, or can you run the project?
Both. You can hire us to run a project, or to supply people who work under your own project team.
What do we receive at handover?
Test results, records of what was installed, and the operating procedures we agree with you at the scoping stage, so your team knows what it is taking over.
